Ummmm, I has a question- I'm only seeing Part 3 >>. I was wondering if they had 4 and 5 on here and if they do where do I go to retrieve them? Maybe possibly a stupid question, I'm terrible with finding this stuff. xD

Woah! It used to all be on one page. It looks like the link defaulted to an earlier, beta version of the FMAB page, since the main page seems to be gone.

This is probably because their links were all on MegaUpload, and well...now they're not. XD

Thankfully, a torrent containing all the episodes has been released since I first put this link up, so we can just use that instead (and it's much easier than downloading them one by one).
