When it comes to torrents, it's not only the seeders that matter, but also how big bandwitch the seeders have, what upload speed they have set and so on.
The seeders;peers;leacher ratio also matters. For instance if a torrent has 1000 seeders it will still be slow as fuck if 4000 people are trying to download it. And it will be twice as fast(or more) if the torrent has 10 seeders, but only 1 person downloading it.

EDIT2; For everyone with problems with xilisoft, I'll find a new serial soon. The one now will not work, since xilisoft has released a new version, so the serial is outdated compared to the program you're downloading. Sorry for not checking/fixing sooner.

As in, game MEPS in general, or a game volume of this particular MEP?
Because I'm all for hosting another volume of this MEP if enough people are willing to sign up/commit to it, and as long as Sawnah doesn't mind us doing multiple volumes of songs.
Probably shouldn't open it until this one gets finished though, seeing as we still have a part to fill and no parts have been finished yet.
Or where you asking if you could use game footage for THIS volume, even though it's labeled anime? Because I'm pretty sure it's in the rules that we aren't allowed to mix categories.

I probably should put one up, now that the MEPs full. I guess I was a little hesitant to put one up before because I wasn't sure if this group was closing or not, but if we're still alive and kicking, then I'm gonna tentatively say July 1 for now.
